Portable Lab Bench

Recently, design consultancy company fieldwork appointed British Brighton studio baines & fricker to complete a work called “portable lab bench”

The final product can be turned into a fully operational lightweight lab bench, all of which can be accommodated in a custom portable air box for easy long-distance travel. Each element of the device is built in a specific area for a particular purpose, and the box forming the lab bench is also capable of being placed in a fitted air box. Before using, first move the box to the appropriate position through the built-in roller, then open the box and lift the "lab" part out of the box. After removing out the "laboratory", place the outer transport box upright, and then place the "laboratory" above the box. Therefore the box and the lab bench are combined to achieve the optimum working height. The front panel of the "lab" section can be opened and flattened downwards to form a full-featured workbench.

Portable lab bench is easy to carry for traveling as it can be placed in a custom air box. No matter where you want to go, you can take the portable lab bench with you.
